    Sending some update tunes out right now.
    Looking at the data I'm seeing some interesting things that I want to go over with you guys today.
    From what I am seeing these engines really don't enjoy 87 octane. Ignition on the 87 tune is optimized but not advanced over stock, which would deem *as safe as* toyota put out OEM.
    However... Knock and Learned Feedback on 87 is not good. Considerably worse than what I've seen on the AT

    Not to mention the huge swing in ignition between the tune. Much cleaner ignition on 91 with peak of 29-30*, while 87 octane peak 17-19*. This is a huge difference (at 6k rpm, but more everywhere).

    I will go into some detail and show you guys on the log data. new files are being sent out right now to a few people

    Ok guys hear me out b4 flaming, jumping to conclusions, or flooding the thread with “don’t touch the tip in”...

    @OVTune , is it possible to give us a linear feeling throttle, especially in 1st gear? It needs to be responsive, yes, but not twitchy. Give it a little gas, you get a little opening angle. Give it a lot, get a lot. Weirdness/twitching in first is especially bad news, as some have pointed out with their experiences. Low range and twitchy is worse still..
    I’m not talking about a granny tune peeps.

    I'm already working on this, I have sent out some additional maps for testing and logging.

    updated version tune has changes to
    throttle,
    camshaft timing,
    throttle max / min angle timing based on torque

    Ok, test file flashed and log file emailed.

    Hey.. I gotta cheap solution for M/T development - Offer an all inclusive 7 day Vegas vacay deal for local Cali Taco owners. Airfare, accommodations, spending money, car rental etc. All you gotta do is leave your truck with Mat for a week! That's still a lot cheaper than buying another truck :thumbsup:

    Hell, I betcha you could even find a way to make it a tax write off!

    Well, maybe not the hookers..

    I think I sent you logs,kinda new at this. I sent two files in an email from rpizxxxx@yahoo the files are from the TSE file in Techstream one is labeled run1.TSE and the other is bootleger.TSE
