You COULD do that, but most of the interesting stuff leading up to this latest tune has happened since this past weekend.

He could probably be just fine starting around 130-150

Going to do it right now, I wanted to let the truck cool down from my trip home first ;) I will log the drive but only send the file if I experience any anomalies.

Received 04B12 1.03C 2T2 Monday. I logged idling, cruising at 2K, 2nd gear pull to 6K, and cruising at 2.5K @ 50 mph 4th gear. It's different compared to 1.03B. Better or worse hard to say because I only had it on for a day. Back to 1.03B for me.

I'm not good at being descriptive on the differences it made versus some of you guys.

    Fair enough.

That file may not be the same as the one we're currently testing though.

Even the official release that will come to the masses via flash manager may not be the same.

New test tune is flashed, logging started as the truck warms up for 10 minutes, then I will be taking a drive for about an hour to see how it feels.

He just sent me a test tune for my 18, 103C 00T 87 octane. I'll be trying it out on my commute tomorrow.

I just got back from a test drive not sure what I think. I didn't experience any of the previous hiccups that I had, power delivery is very smooth and linear, throttle response feels great but, it seems that it lost some of it's "zip" for lack of a better description. I will drive this for a while to see if it shows any signs of the past issues, then I may switch back to the stock stock tune for a quick comparison....

So, @MOC221_ and I actually discussed this. I mentioned that it feels like it may have lost a touch of power, but the improved application of power as you accelerate seems to balance that out quite nicely, to the point where I didn't feel like it warranted being mentioned. Kind of a "slow is smooth and smooth is fast" type thing. Let me know what you think

Bingo,it throws a curve at the butt dyno since you don't really feel the 'rush" of power as you hit the gas. I also noticed that it seemed a little sluggish at highway speeds when you hit the gas like you wanted to pass someone. 5th gear seems to be the sweet spot at 70mph to still have some get up and go,6th seems like you are bogging the engine and the fuel economy graph reflects that.

Yep, exactly like my experience. If you can get a log to Mat that would be great. I don’t think this will be a hard one to fix, and remember we’re still testing here. To everyone waiting for the new file.. relax, nobody has reduced the power on purpose/for good.

Ok logged my drive to work this morning, took the highway instead of the back roads this time.

Did a few heavy throttle pulls starting at 60-70mph in 5th and 6th, power is noticeably less than the last file. Hills that I'm usually accelerating up with ease are now just meh.. holding speed. This is when rolling into the throttle all the way to wide open. I was hoping Mat would get a chance to weigh in and have a look at the logs before this went public, because some people will go apeshit.
Anyway, I have a log of it and I'm sure later today others will too. To be clear, I'm not happy with the power reduction that appears to have happened in the higher gears.

Other than that, the truck does drive absolutely great - smooooth.

We're very close, ladies and gentlemen.. patience.

This morning I will get into 5th and 6th and attempt to confirm that 1.03C 2T3 also has reduced power, OR that it doesn't, and then I'll send Mat an email accordingly.

Edit* Keep in mind that the map I'm testing is 87 octane and I believe both of you are testing 91. So not to take away from your findings, but I'm less alarmed by small power changes on a map/octane that isn't power centered. If that makes sense
