Pffffftttt...we're on 1.05 already. 1.05B and 1.05C drop soon. Flat foot shift and a 200% reduction to throttle response coming in those updates

All you guys over here arguing about nothing while I’m over here getting ridiculous fuel economy.

Did some driving today at 55 mph instead of the usual 65-70. Average was 23.3 over 134 miles (filled up and calculated for all the naysayers).

@Shellshock - totally believe it. It's not hard to achieve, it's just not fun.

Definitely wasn’t my first choice but there’s no good way to get here. Interesting to see what the truck is capable of

So glad I got rid of my slushbox.

It also seems the majority of the people in the alpha thread are posting without actually reading the other posts which makes it a huge train wreck

It’s quit a bit of information to sort through. Things get lost easily and he who screams loudest gets heard.

So if I buy an oiled up CAI, TRD catback and a pine scented air freshener, that's good for what? 100HP?

That's exactly how it works. The air freshener accounts for all 100 of those ponies too lol

The CAI alone is worth 100 hp. Get some stickers and you can easily push 500.

They keep posting demands that contradict each other. One dude with whatever tires and whatever other mods wants whatever change to the maps and then when it finally seems that those changes may be appropriate for those mods in general, it all blows up and someone else with stock everything wants all that stuff and then other people with stock or non stock whatever want whatever they want and it's just a giant mess.

I think the best course of action is accept they'll be needing/wanting the custom maps as their next step and let Mat receive input from people who are stock. This base map would probably be finished up quicker if it was just intended for otherwise mostly OEM trucks. All these people with their massive tires and regearing and whatever else have resulted in a degradation of the thread and the reviews are all over the place because of it.

Go to a map that assumes otherwise stock, and the people who got their expensive mods and whatnot can learn to live with their choices while they wait for custom tuning because the end result of these generalized maps should not be taking into account people with extra heavy tires and an extra 400lbs of armor and 4.88 gearing and a chunky hula hoop dancer on the dash
