That makes three of us hard workers. Bled the brakes on one vehicle and one alignment so far today. Plus the accumulator mod on my truck at lunch... I am so tired I will need some beers tonight lol

I just took it up the street to grab a snack to go. So far I like it,it doesn't feel like you are stepping on a sponge anymore. IMHO the clutch is still pretty soft compared to some vehicles YMMV

Working in IT is a mixed bag. Sometimes its nice being able to stay home other times its boring as hell just sitting on a computer all day. I think I'm going to need a career change one of these days.

I was going to ask if you wanted to trade but then I remembered sitting in front of my computer a couple weekends ago waiting on 1.05...

I hear that, I'm a CNC Programmer and the parts I'm machining today take 6hrs each. hurry up and wait. It's like watching paint dry some days.

yep exactly. I've pretty much been watching progress bars all week. Doing oil changes would be more exciting

I said no mods, and I just ended up lying to myself. I did keep away from big dollar ones.

That said, I feel that the ECU TSB and the accumulator delete are nearly free and make an incredible difference.

I haven't gone too crazy... aside from lighting (rigid SR30, Dually SS and fogs).

Still running factory front shocks. Fox 2.0 in rear.
Swapped to TRD Pro Wheels w/ Falken AT3W (about due for another set)

thats about the extent of the significant things on my truck.

I didn't even bother lying to myself. I joined here the day I ordered my truck and started making a list. Took out a loan for all the expensive mods, tires, wheels, lift, winch, bumpers ect. I paid off the loan when I sold my 06 Tacoma. Only small mods since then.

I'm tossed up on suspension changes since it feels just right on and off road. I am looking forward to some ATs this summer. The stock tires will be pretty much toast by then.

My biggest $$ mod so far was the roll up tonneau about a year ago. I keep hedging on OVT, esp now with some serious MT attention in 1.05, and an exhaust. The GFC continues to get my gaze. I haven't even bothered with a deposit yet.

I have enjoyed de-chroming and de-stickering. Adding D rings and stiffeners has been more than beneficial.

Not yet. Pre-TSB, there were a few things that I liked hearing about it, but my 2017 didn't have an major symptoms other than difficult shifting. Post-TSB, I am almost completely happy, esp with the somewhat lessened rev hang.

The problem is that the 1.05 blog post (thanks, @MOC221_ :p ) caught my attention. The coasting throttle hanging open has been a head scratcher. With that being address, and now, this 7k conversation . . .

Just pull the trigger, you will not regret it. I think us M/T guys benefit much more from the tune than the auto guys. The truck takes on a completely different personality when you apply the skinny pedal.

I had 50k miles on the factory tires on my 2016. My 2017 didn't fare so well, I only made it about 20k before I destroyed one (slice down the middle). I've got about 45k on my falkens now. I keep debating on going to a 265/75/16 or staying with the factory size.

I had a preorder on the GFC but pulled out before production started (I was one of the first 15).
