    No, they replace the first and most restrictive part of the exhaust and eliminate the first cats as I understand. Of course, they are legal only for off road or competition use.

    I might jump on the dump pipes if @OVTune can confirm that they will bolt up to the URD secondary cat delete y pipe I already have. Do the dump pipes replace only the front (primary cats) or does it replace both of them. If it replaces the fronts only I should be able to bolt up the URD Y pipe that replaced the secondaries.

    It's 1:1 replacement of OEMs. So if it bolts to OEM exhaust manifolds, yes.

    Also for any dump tube order that's placed during this time, it will be estimated 3-4 weeks until shipping, as all current ones are already accounted for. Regarding sales / discounts. Normally we do not post this ahead of time due to people asking to have discounts applied to orders made a long time ago. We have even had people ask to apply the christmas 2018 discount to their order in May 2019.
