If it is a cat back, it should not have a big effect. You could try flashing back to see.

I'm also a big fan of the DTC and LV Resets, but I am not sure they would make that large of an effect here?

I have a full exhaust from dirty deeds. Also went out and flashed to 1.05 91 base but forgot to read the code before flashing and it is gone so I dont know what the CEL was for. Also Im sorry for posting on the wrong thread as I have an auto.....preparing for tomatoes to fly in my face.

Just remembering what it was like running 04B13 2.0 Beta 87... seems it was pretty good.

    Ah memories.

I wonder if that 2.0 version will be similar to what will come with the handheld? kinda hard to keep track while reading about these 2.0 betas

The HHs will get all of the same tunes that the OG tune kits get. OVT is just on hold for the HH firmware.

You will be able to test out any of the Betas or full versions that are available for your ECU. Unfortunately, there have been no 2019 Betas released and it was said that we are done with Betas.

I suppose your choices will be 1.05, 2.0, OVT custom tuning, or your own mods to the OVT tunes.

I think thats true for the accessory HH and for those that already have the tune, but I ordered the open tune which comes with 1 loaded only, yet the rest could be purchased if I understand correctly.

I'd like to know how other '19 04B41 trucks are behaving on 1.05 FOB, 87 or 91.

Mine wasn't what you'd call stellar on the 91 file.

This is why I'm chomping at the bit to get my hands on 2.0.

From what was said, tunes after the full version of 2.0 will be :spending: for all of us. We can thank the AT goons for that.

Unless I can convince myself to try one of the new 91 Betas, I am happy to stay on 87 FOB until the full drop. A lot of folks are saying that they can't feel a difference between octanes on the Betas. So, there is that.

I know it has been discussed to death (at least on warranties etc), but has anyone confirmed that normal milage dealer checkups whether they override the tune? I am not worried and frankly don't even care if they do...my question is, if they do, (side question is it even possible to tell if they did outside driving it and noticing yourself) when you flash back do you need to do anything special with the reset values? Unless I am missing it there is not much documentation on when to use those and so forth. On 2.0 which does not have octane learning so not even sure it would apply here anyway but asking regardless.

Thanks, and again sorry if this has been asked/answered a million times.

I'm getting some weird behaviour on the 04B41 1.05 87FOB file too.. do you remember what the old OEM files felt like after a gear change and getting back into the throttle? There was this long delay before the engine would pick up throttle inputs again. Well my truck is doing that now for some reason. 1500-2500 feels weak 1-4 too. Way worse than my '16 was on 04B13 1.05 FOB 87/91. Dunno.. again, bring on 2.0.
