Between my YXZ SxS, my truck, and my grandpa's tractor I run from time to time, stomping on a clutch is just second nature to me lol @TacoJeff19

Don't forget that an AT typically has a wider brake pedal than a MT will (at least my wife's Land Cruiser has a ginormous one) and when I stomped on the "clutch" the other day - everyone in the truck got a big surprise

I got a pretty hard time from everyone involved, but since then both kids have done the same thing - at lease I got them both started off right with MTs  Now its only the wife that wants to know what the  is wrong with the whole lot of us.

When my dad got his new truck i took it for a drive with my gf. I stomped for clutch but didn't hit the brake lmao. My gf drove it and brake checked so hard she locked the wheels up.

I have been experiencing something a little weird lately

    I use 91 FOB.

While driving below operating temps. The engine will shutter. I don’t hear any pings. It feels almost like there is an ignition failure for a few seconds.

This only happens if while driving a cold engine.

    anyone else experience this?

Yup. FOB is kind of clunky for me too.

Ive been on 2.0 for quite some time but FOB had some weirdness for me so i went back to normal 1.05. I think my issues were the same @tonered had before he did LV resets.

    What shutter?
    Shudder?

No shudder in my 2019 Sport on 91 FOB but it did slide back to less throttle response feel.

    :hattip:

My early issue with FOB was stalling. I hate to say the words tip in, but there was something that was too touchy to get rolling. This was mainly a problem after enrichment, when the engine was up to temp.

Cold, the motor was always a beast when getting into the throttle. I do not do that much at all on a cold motor.

With the Resets, FOB was a different animal. No stalling whatsoever, MPG bump, and some other good stuff.

hopefully. It’ll be the last straw with this truck if it’s not. Then I’ll be asking Prius tuners what they’re wearing.
