That's a relatively forgiving 5k lbs there. Double axle and fair wind profile. I found that pulling a camper was reasonable up to about 50mph. Once I started passing that, it was really starting to pull against me.

But it's really good to hear that you've seen such a performance increase. Hopefully it'll be a similar secret sauce for the AT crowd when it drops for us.

I should try towing with 2.0 again. I’m sure it would be pretty awesome now.

If Mat's not careful, he may unsell a bunch of turbos. :)

It's definitely a want vs need at this point. For me, I commute over a mountain every day and even though sfob is a vast improvement over the beta down low and up top it is just a blast with more than enough. Still, I'd like to see what the turbs can do for my scenario.

Don't need a 4 link either but, ya know, why half-ass it. Jk but that would be... all kinds of fun.

yeah it's all a package deal to me. I've been building the truck out around my sense of what this motor is capable of NA. took a long time to get here but it's in its zone now since the FO tunes dropped. but i am at my absolute limit with a stock-ish rear. links and bed destruction may be in my future, but for now I'm just looking into getting my trac bar back. if i had tt's that would include bbk, links, and a proper cage.

Buddy of mine had a second gen with that setup but with a supercharger and fully built everything *Baja rig + a daily*. Talk about invincible (and impractical but it was a dream).

I'm already in that zone and haven't even cut up the rear yet. just not extreme. but I'm the only one who can drive it.

I actually have an e350 for a daily but I never use it because I enjoy the taco so much. I gave it to the wife but she hardly uses it because she works from home. Also have an f350 that gets better mileage, but I prefer to just use it for towing

Silence is golden, is the thread dead? I reckon everybody is out driving around, social distancing of course. 2.0 is all good I've got a out 200 miles on it the drivability is great. Low end torque a d top end revs straight butta.

I need a little help. Can anyone spare a moment to direct me on where I can find pricing and possibly purchase the tune for the M/T?

Thank you sir! I went there before and it showed sold out and is now in biz. It looks like this kit is totally worth it. Sooo it looks like I’ll be making a purchase pretty shortly.

If you want one hop on it quick. I think Mat posted that he only had about 15 in stock. Once they are sold out it may be a while until more arrive.

Hmmmm I might have to make a secret purchase without the wife knowing... I guess I’ll talk with her so she doesn’t get offended. She’s a gearhead herself so it won’t be hard talking her into it. I’m about to spend $1200 on KO2s but my tire shop closed from being a non-essential business... Well what’s another $700.

Pretty much. 2.0 clicked all the boxes and we're content is my guess.

The bottom end is better than ever. The entrance to a drug store near me has a steep grade that I don't think any commercial vehicle could make. In the past, I had to drop down to 1st while turning off the road. Now, 2nd is pulling it from a crawl.

The low end is amazing compared to where we all started..i get 4.0 flashbacks when i roll second at a crawl, except this thing pulls way harder up top than both 4.0's i had. Ive been smiling everytime ive driven it since the reflash. I hope Mat sees how much we all appreciate what hes done to this community.
