I had no problems flicking it off and on, but usually there is more than one setting that needs to be disabled for it to go smoothly.

V14, I tried a couple times, may have missed a step, but could not get it going till I did the file swap? The other thing with mine is the key would not copy so I had to enter the bazillion digit code manually. It’s all good, just took some time which I have way too much of these days.
Not interested in any customization features, just very happy to be on the updated tsb file as a base for the tunes.
In hindsight OVTune should have only released tunes for the latest tsb and cut his workload in half

Interesting. There is no file swap with V14. That was the V12 trick.

For the code, you have to chose North America code and the other step that I am forgetting. It has been a while and I only did it once.

As long as your good to go, that's all that matters. Enjoy the new tunes.

I loaded premium base this morning and drove around a bit.

I don't notice any difference between the two honestly.

I like sfob, but figured why not taste all the flavors.

What difference is there supposed to be?

Yes, I added a useless step, probably pasted the same file over itself?

Just loaded 2.0 Premium FOB on my 2019 O/R Manual, and I am impressed. Pulls very smoothly at part throttle, much more so in the higher RPM range than the prior tune. I had to indulge the higher rev limit on a few hard 1-2 shifts, and got lots of 2nd gear rubber. After running the 91 1.05 tune that I purchased for towing a 4,000 Winnebago Mircro Minni for the last 4 months, I was not expecting 2.0 to be a huge improvement. I had no complaints with the last tune, and was actually a little worried that 2.0 would affect the availability of low-end torque that really made it much easier to tow. I haven't towed with 2.0 yet, but so far I am impressed. The truck is straight up fun to drive now.

Yup, I actually smoked my clutch a little, was shocked at burning rubber in second gear and slipped the clutch for the evil smell.7k 1-2 shift.
    DOH

if you have one of the older versions of Flash manager, you'll need to uninstall it and get the new one. download and hit update. then you should be able to grab it

same issue I and some others had.

I don’t have dongle and had to un install and re install truck to get 2.0 base, it was fine. All the registry stuff is saved.

    I had the same problem.

Didn't even uninstall the old software, i just downloaded the new one and it worked fine.

Btw, I've been running 2.0 93 base for the last week or so.

At first i felt no difference, but as the week progressed I noticed that base is way smoother. Throttle is not as jumpy and no perceived lost power.

Mpg did increase slightly but it had been warmer and i have my soft topper off. So I'm not sure if that even counts.

    I'm extremely happy with 2.0

I have the same issue. I guess I’m fine with sfob 2.0 because gave up trying to download the base.

Same here, had to update, wanted to download all files to have them, in case anything goes more sideways then it already is. Was an easy 5 minute process
