Most of us really just want to help. Honestly. It is difficult to understand what you are/were describing. The hesitation you describe really does sound like the stock tune behavior. Out of curiosity, can you try doing a read of your ECU? If you are on anything other than a stock file it should fail. This is assuming the stock file from Mat will still be readable and that may not be a correct assumption.

Data logs are always going to be the best feedback to give to Mat. I highly recommend reaching out via. zendesk again and getting set up to log. It may be that your truck is "different" which would not be surprising at this point. Logs are the only way to really know.

You're welcome. Try not to let frustration get the better of you. I know I have before.

I'm actually very curious to see the results of what's going on with your truck. Keep us posted.

The stock tune makes zero power under 1500-2000 rpm. If I clutch out and creep in first then punch it, it’ll feel like nothing then take off once the rpms climb. That’s a big reason I tuned, it no longer acts like a dead fish at low rpm (<2000 rpm)

Sounds like it and was also my main complaint when Mat first started working on the M/T's. I was able to successfully log it and sent it to him and it was fixed in one of the tune revisions of 1.03/1.04 and has been good ever since on my truck.

I have only had throttle delay issues with the ac compressor on.

I hardly use the ac myself since it's such a sap especially when starting from a stop

I haven't thought of this, because I haven't driven a 1.6L Honda since I was about 20 years old lol.

Good to know because I hate that shit!

Hehe, my name is from my "younger" days.

92 hatch with 1.6 sohc vtec and i pulled the ac because damn. I still have the "ac is only for defogging" mentality and rarely use it in my truck

The more I read into the tune the more you guys make me want it....
I think I’m going to try the accumulator delete and see how that feels. Then save a few more dollars for Matt’s software. I’m tech savvy but y’all are gonna have to help when that time comes.

That is it. The dongle was for the very first encryption method for OVT. That has been gone for a couple years now.

it'll definitely feel like a new truck. wish i had done the ADM sooner.

each tune has been progressively better over the 2+ years ive been tuned and 2.0 is everything ive hoped for
