So as a new customer, I can buy the tune pack, and have access to all the tunes right now? I already have the vftuner and tactrix. Thanks!

Yes, you can buy the tune pack now and it comes with FM for you to flash the tunes already available.
We are waiting for VF to release the tune pack file so we can do our own modifications to the OVTunes. A little birdie told me that it might be today, but who knows lol

This may be a silly question, what is FM?

So are the tune packs available for 2020 MT? I see the cables are sold out...can I buy a cable from someone else or has to be purchased from OVtune? Just trying to keep up here. Thanks.

So I typically try to do my best on following Mats posts to not ask stupid questions here on the forum, but there’s been too much going on lately for me to keep up.

I grabbed 2.0 final superFOB files as soon as they went online before vFTuner was released. I grabbed the 93 octane but have been wanting to try out 87 or even the base tune. Does this mean I have to reach out to Mat to get a copy of vFTuner to get these files or are they still available on the flash software ?

my understanding is that now there is just a base copy of 2.0 on vFTuner that the community or individuals can mess around with. As a customer I will be completely honest and say that I do not understand this, but fully admit to having virtually zero knowledge of vehicles outside of regular maintenance and flashing Mats tunes to my truck the way I always have. I’ve seen Mat post about the mechanics of what he works on and I know that I’m not that smart, and I’m willing to bet most people on this forum aren’t either, so I’ll be sticking to tunes that Mat himself has developed. Just my 2 cents, not intended to be combative or an attack on the way the man does business.

You should be able to use the files here if you still have flash manager installed.

So how’s everyone feelin the tune packs? I find it hard to believe no one on the MT thread has posted any of their thoughts

Probably because we already have had 2.0 since early March, which the tune packs provided, so the number of people itching to play with the tunes is already going to be statistically lower. Most of the MT crowd don't particularly care to edit the tunes ourselves.

You'll see a much bigger response I think from AT owners because they'll be getting 2.0 final and at the same time they can dive into adjusting their desired tip in and editing for tires and whatever else. All the stuff being thrown around constantly in the dev thread
