Thanks. Ya was not doubting the software, was more worried MacAfee was removing or blocking a file and this would give me problems when I go to use it. I downloaded from your sig just now as well and same thing happened. Wonder how this will play out when I make use of this

You can add an exception in McAfee for just the file or the whole folder it is in. If you have trouble, just PM me your software ID and I can get you what you need.

    You're welcome!

Yes. It is just a warning. Hundreds or more are using it without an issue reported after the crazy installation. I am using it on my main computer with all of my personal info.

The warnings suck, but it is worth the effort.

Yessir. It works too good to mess with.

Yeah lol, I bought one of those crappy HP Stream notebooks for tuning. It has a 64G SSD and 4G RAM lol

    Works fine.

    Hey, Folks.

Just in case (and this will get buried), but I think a lot of you may be doing ECU Updates still. The ECU Update thread 1st Post has been heavily updated, including today with @Shellshock 's step by step TechStream installation guide.

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/ecu-tsb-update.562550/

Hopefully it is more useful for everyone.

Your new profile pic threw me off for a sec, just wanted to stop by and thank you again. Amazing road trip through the mountains this past week, i can pass people without issue now.

Eagerly awaiting for update and will be pulling the trigger soon on a new battery thanks to you. :)

I have still yet to push the pedal to the floor since getting this. MPG shot up 2+ as well.

    Thanks!

That is great to hear. I'm glad that you are enjoying it.

We can get you fully setup once the tunes drop.

BTW, how's Mike doing. I tossed him a message but have not heard back. Hopefully the MPGs are up.

The torque bump is just amazing. The engine was hiding in there somewhere.

    :hattip:

    Thanks for the info!

Hes great, hes been hitting the other side of the mountains a ton, i saw him take off with kayaks the other day and haven't seen him since. He is beyond happy with our bump in performance and mpg upgrade.

I might have been a bad influence with sound deadening and my audio, he keeps itching to upgrade. I am about to upgrade it even more very soon, going to take it to the highest levels i can for SQ (not SPL) for a Tacoma.

A bad influence is a good thing. Hahaha! You are set up really nicely. I got to at least hit the sound deadening. Still planning my way forward with the audio. I'm sort of happy enough, but there is always the thought of some upgrades.

You should hear it on the interstate with wildpeaks, crazy how it can make a difference. I haven't even installed the thinsulate yet. :D Doors, panels, roof, and parts of firewall/dash. I will be showing it off when im done, whenever the heck that might be lol
Still need to get around to doing my meso stuff, sell my topper, and get a softop like you for road trips with the dog.

That back wall on concrete roads does get annoying.

If you need anything with the Softopper, lemme know. I have bunch of LED strips, pigtails, and one wrap for the Softopper 3rd brake light, if you want some? With the nutty drivers around here, I was bit nervous without it.

You're is going to be bank vault quiet soon. :D

On the pic, the guy who did the Taco Truck easter egg posted up yesterday. It was a good laugh. I couldn't resist the change.
