I want to like this many times. Corn fuel is only good for just a handful of folks. Mainly off road applications.

Since it uses more traditional fuels to produce and gives lower MPGs, who are we fooling?

Don't even get me going there.

Since it is a fixed / rigged market already, I'd vote / support a national fuel price and extreme limits on individual blends. There are reasons that standards exist. LoL!

We all typical use E10 fuel, which is 10% ethanol derived from corn. The ethanol separates out in about 3mo of non-use and turns acidic, which attacks common fuel components like nylon and less expensive rubbers. The cost of waste from bad fuel in cars, motorcycles, and marine applications has been an utter mess, like this Denso fuel pump recall. The emissions and fuel use to grow, transport, and refine corn is more than it saves. MBTE (methanol additive) before it was even worse.

And most notably, it is a form of corporate welfare to both the corn and refining industry.

I wouldn't wait, just call your dealership and ask if they've got parts and if you can go ahead and schedule it.

Sadly in most areas even the premiums still has up to 10% ethanol in it.

I find E free gas here in KY easily. All the corn is in the bourbon.

That's where it should be. We can surely make up for the surplus ethanol once they rinse the gas off of it.

Well you are fortunate. The fuel around her is poor. I lost a fuel pump in my excursion and when I dropped the tank it had a lot of stainless shavings in it. Plastic tank had stainless steel shavings in it? Most likely from the refinery is all I can figure. Clean the tank replace the pump and filters and live with it. What can you do?

Same. I've tried everything. 3500 rpm it switches to smooth power, before that it's just crap.

It's not acis, I've tried turning it off, turning it to the same rpm, making it turn on at 600 rpm, can't stop it

I've tried different intake valve timing too.

I can give you some edits that stopped my rev hang for the most part, for daily driving anyways.

Hell i shifted at 7k earlier today and it didn't hang, which surprised me.

It still does it occasionally, but usually up hill when holding rpms for a moment before shifting.

Ie, going 3500 rpm in second for an entire hill then shifting to 3rd at the top, it will hang

And I've tried 89 non ethanol, still does it

    you 04B41?

I can just send you the file instead of making an excel.

    EDIT:

Ill go ahead and make the excel for the non b41 guys who may want to try it.

It can be applied to any file.
