I guess the painted ones show allot of sand blasting and pitting from offroad driving. The OR black ones hide it a bit better.

You can tell a lot about a person or company by how they package their products for their customers. This bumper was packaged better than almost anything that's been shipped to me before. Huge thumbs up!

So I've had my bumper for about a month and am getting ready to install but had a question maybe someone can answer; once the bumper with hoop is installed, is there enough room to still remove the grille and surround?

    In the works.
It's a little tight but still comes off and goes back on easily enough. I typically feel compelled to place a spare towel over the hoop to keep it or the grill from getting scuffed due to my clumsiness, but it always comes out ok.

Yes, I actually installed mine this way despite the instructions because it was easier to run the winch and lightbar bar wires with the grill and bumper cover removed.

Maybe I missed it in this thread somewhere, but would one still be able to run a 31" lightbar in the small grill opening just above the bumper? Or are the would the brackets/lightbar be in the way of the bumper/winch?

Boom! Love it! The install was pretty straight forward with @Shmellmopwho's help. Definitely help much easier with two people.

Are you planning on putting a winch back there? If so, let me know how that works out.

Has anybody detailed the install for this bumper? Anybody have an estimate to have it installed? Really would like to get one of these and just trying to figure out some details.

What's your question about winch? A smittybilt or warn 10k will definitely fit, and you can access plugs, clutch, etc from the engine bay. You do have to peak in if you need to see how it's spooling.

I second that, I'm running a Smittybilt 10K wireless winch with mine. No issues with fitment or having to relocate the solenoid. Lots of room back there.

Where did you mount the solenoid? I found it better in the alternate mount point on the side so I could have full access to the spool to see, and still have plenty of room for wireless switch and plug-in.

I left it top center, though I think your set up is a good option as well.
