@M1Awolf you have amazing taste in vehicles. I came to see a sweet bumper and got so much more. How long have you had the 'stang? Mostly original or rebuilt?

Stang actually belongs to my parents, but I have done a lot of work to it. Mostly original, I tore down the motor (2892V) about ten years ago and had all the machine work done then reassembled it. The only thing not stock in the motor is the Eldebrock performer cam. Rest of the car is original or aftermarket repro BTW it's a convertible as well.

. ... LOL, you just had to throw that in there. Thanks for the pic. Beautiful car. My dad has a 65, which he bought new. Northern winters were not nice to it. He had it rebuilt almost completely in the 90s. I got to use it for a daily driver for awhile after that. Longest clutch ever.

20160402_153516.jpg My Parents bought it here in Montana then took it home to Iowa with them after I rebuilt the engine. They retired and moved to Florida but brought the car back to Montana since they spend the summers here. Now it takes up my garage space :(

I am more of a Chevy guy myself, the last "Hot Rod" I owned was a 69 El Camino. These days if I am not in the Taco I am on this. Not the wife, the bike ;) lol

If someone is considering this bumper, go for the powder coating. I thought I'd save a few bucks and paint it myself. I had fun doing that, but paint is not as durable and I've had to touch it up a few times. Love the bumper though.

I was going to paint it myself too, but I ended up getting a killer deal on it so I went for the powder coating.

I agree with the PC. Painting under the winch tray is a PITA!

I've got the x20 in mine. Works well and fits fine. Front bolts that hold it down are a really tight fit, had to hold the winch above the tray 1/2" to get the front bolts fed into the nuts. I expect that would be the same for any winch.

I love the look of the slimline, I wish they made something that would fit my 2010. Does anyone know of a similar option for the 2005-2011 model years?

That's actually the grille from the XSP package. I just ordered when I bought my truck. I dipped the logo and bezel.

I went with the Synthetic line. I mounted the solenoid on the side mounting option as many others have. I have read it doesnt work in the center position due to clearance.

Gotcha, so the x20 is modular, in that there's multiple mounting options built in to the body of the winch.
