Just curious if anyone has put the 2016 TAILGATE decals on a 1st gen pickup
to see what it looks like?
I see plenty after market TACOMA decals that have the chisel look.
I'm thinking it might look good

If you start putting third gen decals on your 1st gen, don't you then have to start rolling your truck on fire roads or something?

I like it. Are the letters vinyl?
I would like to do something similar, but maybe use vinyl for the crease and the letters. Probably flat black on my mgm gray

Yes the letters are a viynl type of material. They are extremely thin and were kind of hard to put on because of that.

I can't remember where I got them. A simple Google search was all I did to find them. I think I got them off eBay.

Cool. I wish I could find someone to do the crease shape out of vinyl
