2016 Tacoma Limited leather seat care

I'm wondering if anyone has a specific leather conditioner/conditioner and maintenence schedule they prefer on their limited or other vehicle for that matter. I took home my first Taco on Monday and it's my first vehicle with leather. I have friends with F-150s (lariat and king ranch) and their seats look like s*** due to the fact that they never clean or condition them and Im hoping to avoid this same problem in the future.

Toyota specifies in the owner's manual that the seats should be cleaned twice a year. This doesn't tell me a whole lot.
