2016 Tacoma

That's about the ugliest thing Toyota has designed. Toyota swung and missed this go around. Maybe it will grow on me.

I do like how the limited edition will now have painted front and rear bumper. Thats a nice touch. Kinda wish mine had that too.

 

I like the styling, but for me the proof will be the power train options.

 

Meh. It's not bad, but unless the interior has some super sweet options and the drivetrain options include an oil-burner, I'm gonna have no regrets with my '15 purchased.

It's not bad, but it certainly seems a bit polarizing on the style.

 

I'm with ya, I wouldn't regret purchasing the 15' for a second.

 

The article talks about the possibility of a 3.5 engine with more torque. That would be nice

I enjoy the fenders/quarters, but thats about it :/

 

Tossed the new body on a picture of my truck and did a few quick mods.



- Plastidipped the chrome grill and fog surround
- Yellow fogs
- Redout tails
- Satoshi grill
- Color matched mirrors
- Debadge
- Lift, wheels, tires

 

I wouldn't doubt learning the suspension carries over from 05-15's

I think it looks kinda weird, like an angry pig, but I'm also beginning to warm up to it.

 

The valence sucks and bumper fabricators are going to have a tough time dealing with the shitty fender line and grille.

 

That's my thoughts as well . . .
