Come back in a week and check again, you WILL want to upgrade to 1.05, no question on that, you just popped in at a transition moment

What made me laugh is when you look at that pic, if you’ve seen the movie...you hear Robin Williams saying that in your head

I've been away for awhile and some of you mentioned about needing to apply a TSB from the dealer prior to doing 1.05. Are you guys referring to TSB 0062-18 ?
Can someone confirm 1.05 for 04B03 is not yet available for dongle user?

They are referring to it yes. It's still optional but Mat has recommended it.

Still waiting for 1.05 for AT trucks.

He only recommended it if you have the issue. Same as what the dealer said to me, but he was happy to do it

It’d be awesome if the “otto tune” could be activated by the ECT button! Just a thought.

PS - I’m one satisfied customer who’d rather patiently wait while Matt does his thing to the quality level he’s confident in and not pressured to call it good enough. I think most feel the same they just aren’t as vocal as the other side..

The thread linked has what appears to be two files for MT, but not sure.. one file I download is "TSB 62-18 cuw.zip" and the other is "TSB 58 cuw files MT.zip"

in each of the zip folders there's two cuw files.. do both get installed?

This whole TSB situation is getting stupidly confusing. First we didn’t need to get it because the TSB is in 1.05. Now it’s recommended to get it if we have those issues. If the TSB is in 1.05 aren’t we getting it when we flash the tune?
If not all of the TSB is in 1.05, I can see getting it or if it’s to put everyone on the same platform to make things easier and more uniform.

I guess I’ll make plans to get it now cause I’m starting to sense a clusterf*ck down the road later on.

I don’t recall my ECU version...it’s either 04A60 or 04A61. Is there a way to tell using OBD Fusion? I looked but couldn’t find it. Trying to avoid lugging my laptop out to the truck....

Not really that confusing. Get the tsb if you're having the issues that the tsb corrects. If you're not having issues, then wait for 1.05.

Biggest benefit of the tsb is you might get 1.05 a little sooner than if u didn't.

I haven’t really had those issues. We dont have any altitude issues here in Florida. Lol. If I did, what’s a couple more days or week to wait? 1.04 has been good to me.

I’m in your area and surprised I haven’t seen you out.

If you have the tsb and are on 1.04R you are 04A61;if you are running 1.04 you are 04A60.
