That would be my guess. I'm glad to see they are going MIA on responses to focus on the update/FM release. That makes me pretty confident we actually will see it this week.

For what it's worth, my experience so far:
A friend gave me an old Windows laptop, but it was running XP, which OVTune doesn't support. I found a website that sold Windows 7 "Home Premium" edition for about $25. Make sure it's a legit site where you get the product key. It took about 2 hours total to download. You download Windows 7 onto any machine. Then copy ("burn") it onto a flash drive. I had to buy one for about $12 -- it needs at least 4GB of storage. And then install it on the machine that has Windows XP. There's no other way -- you cannot upgrade XP to 7, you have to wipe it out and replace it with Windows 7, or 8, or 10. I did 7 because it was so cheap and I'm not going to use the laptop for anything else. If you have anything valuable AT ALL on that laptop, copy it onto something else (e.g., a flash drive). Windows 7 runs slowly, but just fine, and I was able to download the flash manager and get my registry file.

I asked Mat (over email to the support desk) to just wait to send me my tune until he's finished updating it. So I'm waiting patiently, checking every day to see if the new Flash Manager and updated tune are available.

So what can you smart people tell me what this means for us? I'm curious about rev limit @ 6900 RPMs when redline is at 6000. I'm sure the engine could take some redlining but, just be careful?
Is the only real purpose that extra horsepower?

    Is anything perfect in life??

It's a hundred times better than stock. That's what should matter to you.

One person's perfect is another person's mediocre. In addition to the fact that it seems each truck has its quirks, I'm not sure anybody can answer that question for you. Like others have said, for me, 1.05 is way better than stock

Totally Blown away? Not yet. Running 1.05 87. Flashed for the first time last week. 1.05 87 has been the first and only flash so far. Before the flash I ran ECT-always-on, Sprint Booster, & Shift Sense Pro. The truck ran great with all these add-ons Except when climbing Mountain passes. It still did the typical downshift and scream up to 4-4500rpms when passing. So far 1.05 87 has been much better than stock but, not as good as running all 3 add-ons with the stock tune. The only benefit I've noticed so far is a slight increase in fuel economy which I am thankful for. Decided to try 1.05 87 with the Sprint booster and it feels really good. Next week I will try 1.05 91 to see if it's any better. I have not had a chance to test the 1.05's shifting while climbing Mountain passes but hopefully it will be good like I've read about. If the Mountain Pass acceleration shifting is solved plus a slight mpg gain I'm happy. I also assume I could log data, send it to Mat and have the Throttle Feel, adjusted so that it felt like how I have the Sprint Booster set but I had a hard enough time putting Ovtune on my laptop as it is. I am lousy at downloading things than trying to figure out where the hell the download went etc.
