I do understand your frustration however, the way I see what this tuner is trying to do is consolidate trouble tickets and somehow release a mass update. What you are expecting from this tuner will cost thousands more of dollars to do if you were to be on a dyno trouble shooingt your issue. Not all vehicles will behave the same and you have to understand that part of the tuning side of the spectrum. If you own an apple laptop and it shut down on you. After restarting a screen pops up saying would you like to report your problem if yes. Did apple send you a fix immediately?

FYI - I would just post relevant information, not this: "I'm going as fast as I freaking can Jesus christ people." This helps nobody. Your business stress is not really our problem. It is your business, and your problem to solve. If you cannot get orders out fast enough or respond to tickets fast enough, not the customers problem.

Nobody needs banned, and he brings up valid points. He is right, it's not anyone's problem except ours. It is my fault for thinking people would understand there are delays when I explained and gave multiple reasons why we may be a bit slower right now.
Regardless, we will do what we can to improve for the future.
I've scheduled out this entire weekend to look into tickets with issues, and will on future weekends until we resolve everything.

I was a bit frustrated today because if we keep getting chargebacks then yea I'll probably get severely penalized and removed from our payment platform and be out of business, but that's not the forums problem.

Am I crazy to only be concerned about misfires once the ecu turns the actual CHECK ENGINE light on with a misfire code to a particular cylinder or general misfire code, or if the vehicle goes into limp mode. Fuck.

I’m not worried about 20 random misses out of 60000 revolutions.

 

I have a better solution, just unsubscribe from this thread, stop reading this thread, and stop replying to this thread. No bans needed.

Probably not. As Mat had explained a while ago, what the ECU considers a "misfire" is not necessarily the "knock" that will damage your engine.

 

Do you have the ability to switch processors? It’s ludicrous that negatives aren’t reversed when the chargeback isn’t legitimate. Maybe PayPal would be an option (depending on fees, terms, etc.). Maybe sell the kit through Amazon (depending on terms, etc.).

 

I'm pretty sure Paypal and Amazon are worse. I've heard enough horror stories about people that tried to sell on Amazon.
