Not a chance I'll get there.

Meanwhile, it's 17:42 here and there's some single malt with my name on it.

Humbly suggest some of you join me in some chill merriment.

    CLINKY

I would suggest accepting PayPal gift or PayPal payment to confirmed address only. Accepting payment that way makes it very difficult to receive a refund without return of product, and helps with fraudulent charges.

Crypto very effectively solves this problem, as well, but most people still find it too cumbersome or confusing to deal with.

That will change soon™ enough, but we're not there just yet.

You are accepting significant risk. It only takes a few people to ruin a product launch and/or sink a small business.

Hopefully you’ve retained legal counsel and have a significant Business Owners Package insurance plan and separate Umbrella Policy.

I applaud your efforts and have really enjoyed being part of this journey. Please don’t let a few negative experiences deter you.

Scaling back sales and limiting forum communications is likely the best short term solution to get back on track.

Imagine how awesome it would be if you could focus 100% on development and testing!

    Matt

Some of you guys are touchy bitches. The man had a valid complaint and articulated it well. Mat almost got a charge back from me when I went several days over the listed delivery times on his website and lack of return emails. It was only the updates here that kept me from sending everything back. There is clearly room for improvement and calling for the banning of someone who has experienced an issue and voiced it is very "progressive" of you. IF you only wanna hear happy experiences then maybe the internet isn't for you. How about grow the fuck up.

I'd also say to close or delete this thread. Just use the AT and MT threads. It should clean up most of the mess?

One thing is clear, it’s impossible to make everyone happy no matter how much mat tries. He could give them something for free and theyll complain it was too slow

If you read before you buy it’s obvious that it’s not about instant gratification. It’s an Alpha thread.

People like you obviously have no clue how to communicate discontent or disagreement with professional vernacular (go ahead and google the word).

It would be real easy to call you an ignorant fucktard, but that would be unprofessional and chicken shit on my part since I’m behind a shield of anonymity. So, I will offer this: “thanks for your contribution. Next please. “

@OVTune please hear me out. If the charge backs are seriously that bad for business, and there are no feasible/practical alternatives for payment services and it gets to the point where you can’t do it anymore. Please accept checks or money orders. Like I said earlier I would be happy to do it. I am holding out for the handheld but if that won’t happen because of all this than I would rather at least buy the tune cash up front. Thanks

Everyone can relax. We will take this time to make some improvements. I understand people may be disappointed they cannot purchase at the moment, we will take care of you.

I simply ask 1 thing. Give us the time to get you taken care of. That's my promise to you, that we will.

We will be making some updates to our instructions, and we have a new, VERY EASY to use software that lets us remote connect to people to get any software abnormalities fixed asap. Like teamviewer but much easier.
We will schedule these Mon - Saturday for people that need extra help.
