2017 Double cab roofrack with airtop

I am currently looking to purchase a roof rack (Frontrunner slimline II or Prinsu). I own a Maggiolina Airtop that i had on my 4runner and plan to put it on top of the double cab.

Dimensions for Airtop Exterior: 51″ x 83″ x 12″

I am curious if anyone has had any experience with mounting them to either of these racks. Am i going to need spacers for the Airtop where it connects into the bars on the frontrunner? Is there enough room between the bars and top of truck to fit tools in order to tighten down the tent? Would i be able to put an awning on either roofrack in the future with the Airtop installed?

Any information would be greatly appreciated
