2017 Safety Recall

Anyone else receive an email from their local dealer saying there is a safety recall? This is the meat of the email. Thanks


Toyota Corporation has issued a Safety Recall on certain 2017 Tacoma. All recalls are identified by the vehicle identification number. Please contact us to make an appointment to get this important repair completed.

Not sure that's all the email said and why I wanted to check with the TW community about this.

 

Jump on toyota.com. Click Owners and register. It should give you more information.

Or, you can enter your VIN at nhtsa.gov under Recalls and get the same info.

 

I think the only thing I got for my 2017 was something where they wanted to spray some gummy undercoat on the frame, no thanks.
