I'm looking to upgrade my stock tires, 265/70/16 Goodyear Adventure. These tires are not aggressive looking. Does anyone know if a 265/75/16 will fit without any mod?

Very nice! I went and ordered the Goodyear Duratrac. I ran a set of these tires on my 2001 Tacoma TRD. They gave me good traction on mud and they last much longer than the Goodyear MTR.

Goodyear Duratrac. I ran these tires on my 2001 Tacoma, i never had any problems with them and so far they have over 20k miles on them.

Not much road noise compared to the Goodyear MTR. Not sure of the weight but my 2001 had no problems with them.

I read duratracs are mainly a winter tire but does anyone know how well they do in sand and rock gardens?

Got the e rated 265/75/16 bro KOs. (BF Gooodrich KO2s). They are pretty quiet in the city, I haven't driven them in the countryside, yet.
I got a slight drop in mileage, but they are three peak rated and the insurance companies consider them snow tires. In addition, people say they
    have a long tread life.

Ive read that the KO2s suck in the wet and rain though?

    Opinions?

I have a set of 285x75x16s (E rated) on my 2013 DCSB. I've put 40,000 miles on them, and I only have great things to say about them. I've used them on the back roads in the Sierras, and Eastern Nevada. Up and down rocky/loose gravel hills with more confidence than any other tire I've had in the past. Other than some sandy washes, the most sand I've had them in was down at Pismo Beach - aired down they floated through the sand with confidence. I rotate my tires about every 3500-5000 miles, and do a "road force" balance each time (I bought them through Discount Tires so I get free rotation/balancing), and I think this is why my tires will easily go 60,000 miles. They have a little road noise, but I don't think it is anything more than you get with a BFG A/TII, or similar design. All that said I was also happily surprised at their capabilities on the freeway. Just get them, you'll be happy you did...
