Guy selling locally for $200 everything from a 2017 OR with 150 miles in it.

I have a 06' DCLB sport with tired front sport Bilsteins, and newish rears.

He mentions it raising the front 1.5" will it raise the rear also if I use his leaf packs?

I'm tempted to do it just to freshen things up, but maybe I should just go for 5100's.

You should definitely do it! The third gens are 1" higher over the second gens, and you'll likely get even more lift because your suspension is so tired. Their rears aren't any higher than ours, but with a caveat. If you never got the TSB done for the rear leaf packs and you've only got 2+1 leafs back there, then you will get a little lift back there as the revised leafs are 3+1.

Ok, I will do it. I got a new frame and think I got the updated leafs, but I also just got a notice from Toyota about the leafs.

    Thanks

You can't beat that deal for all new OEM suspension. Besides, 5100s are valved the same so they ride the same. The difference is the length so they can work for lifted applications. You're getting a smoking deal! And even if you don't need the leafs, you could sell those for cheap or scrap them.
