    Too bad this thread is so long.
    I've stated this about 7 times after putting 2 deposits down at 2 dealers.

    Dealers have no control over allocation, a deposit is not a guarantee you'll get one- but rather, a bet you'll get one of the few the dealer may get. And rest assured, if that dealer can get more $ from a hungry buyer, you may not get it either.

    Lesson here, if you want a pro, don't be afraid to travel and strike when you see it.

    Any closer idea to a real total model production number for this year?

    We've heard anything between 1500-2500 depending on where one is reading or watching

    Yes, but some dealers like to shove a bunch of accessories down people's throats and increase their profit. This forum makes you want to spend so much more money on greater things.

    Nope. They didn't even have a chance for all that crap they overcharge you for. Just need to tint front windows and add sliders and good to go.

    I just got my front windows tinted to match the back, xpel clear bra, door edge, door cups, and rocker panels done. Also put on my AllPro sliders too.

    Frankly- negotiate those for free or price of the parts. I'd get the underbody and interior illumination kit if offered, really cool and a total pita to install.

    It's for the MT for sure! Didn't like the shifting in the AT, and personally always been a MT guy. This is actually my first truck too, so I thought I'd go for nicest.
