yep. try Temecula Valley Toyota. there is a white one coming in next month that has a guy in line for it who only wants cement so the odds of getting that is pretty good. i was in line for that one too until the more recent one became available.

call and ask for Johnathan Teng and tell him that Ace referred you. he'll help you out.

Pros in SoCal are on a waiting list, you go in, put in a $500 deposit, and wait for the dealer to hopefully get an allocation for a Pro. However, you might be a bit too late, only 2500 were made and they are flying like hotcakes.

Another way you can get one is to find one where the original depositor bailed, but you'll probably have slim pickings, as most dealers will go down their waiting list before letting it go to someone else.

And then you can always buy it out of state. There are a couple floating around in the SE region from what others have said. You'll just have to ship or drive it back to Cali.

Your best bet is to keep an eye on Craigslist and the online car search sites... The biggest dealer in San Diego that gets more allocations than anyone isn't letting people on the waiting list anymore. All deposits are for first in line for 2018 (but it's not confirmed there will be any).

Your other options are looking out of state... I would just get a handful of the biggest dealers in all of the big counties and call them once a week.

If you stay on the radar you might get lucky!

No noise then. Only beeps are when backing up.

 

I put a $1,000 "non refundable" deposit on a Super White due in early March, but now I'm kicking myself for not getting a Cement. Guess I'm SOL. I like them both, but think I like the uniqueness of the Cement more.

 

Cement is better.

It allows you to look down upon the lower peasants who try to copy Pros. Can't copy a factory paint job!
