Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
It looks like a TRD Offroad with some fuckexpensive visuals. No armor. No real strength offroad. Anybody can swap a grille, get aftermarket fog lights, and overpay for shocks that are basically stock +1 strength.

    passssss

I will never understand Toyota's policy of the whole dealer trade thing. My current OR went to a dealer locally. Then to another dealer out of state and then back to my dealer before I received it. Personally I think Toyota's algorithm for logistics is a disaster. I have reached out to Toyota a few times and all I get are stock answers. "I'm sorry that you had a problem not being able to find the Toyota you were looking for."
My chances of finding the DROID I was looking for is a 1000X better than finding a Tacoma.

yeah the main thing is toyota just allocates a certain number of each models to each dealership then the dealerships trade and sell each others to there customers. It might not make total sense but it does work out quite well because the dealerships can literally get whatever they want in there region and they just send a employee with a flat bed to go grab them.

You ever try to sell a truck that is modified, you practically get shit back, so every dollar you drop modding your truck goes down the drain ( unless you hit the lotto and find someone that wants a modded truck, which are like unicorns). Where as with the pro, granted they are pricey, but you atleast get some of it back when you sell it.

I get what you are saying but if you look at what it has to offer? upgrading your OR to meet the PRO expectation will be pennies on the dollar compared to the 10k more you will have to spend to get the PRO it just does not add up. The only time I recommend getting a limited edition vehicle like Toyota PRO'S lineup is strictly because you want everyone to know that you have the money and you are important and you want the next best thing.

Getting the OR will already give you a vehicle that has THE BEST RESALE of any other vehicle in the world. If you are going to mod ANY vehicle, Tacoma in general would be the best.

Mine was driven back and forth from dealer to dealer which I didn't care for. The one that I haVE NOW WAS MY 2ND COLOR CHOICE AS THERE WAS NO TACOMAS OF MY 1ST COLOR CHOICE IN THE ENTIRE REGION FACTORY EQUIPPED WITH THE OPTIONS I WANTED. YOU WOULD THINK THAT A COMPANY AS BIG AS TOYOTA WOULD HAVE SOME KIND OF HOLDING AREA IN THAT REGION WHERE DEALERS COULD PULL FROM IF THERE IS AN ORDER FROM A CUSTOMER.

SORRY FOR THE CAPS. I'M NOT GOING TO RETYPE ALL OF THAT.

your good lol, When it comes to Toyota it is simple put. Toyota does not mass produce vehicles as much as other brands. When you had difficulty looking for your first choice it was probably a Tacoma that EVERYONE wants right? The reason why Toyota has the Best resale value is because they do not mass produce and flood the markets they build what they build and its a rat race to get what you want but in the long run you will save more money and Toyota will save its name by being number one in resale. USUALLY you can find the Tacoma you want without any issues but sometimes it can be hard. It also could have been the dealership you went to. They could have jacked you around and not picked up the one you wanted that was 500 miles away and instead said NOPE this is all we have.

I'm betting it is. You get a lot more content with the new Tacoma PRO, the current 4Runner pro will carryover which isn't much feature wise.

Base price on 4Runner pro is $42,750 and Tundra Crewmax pro is $46,755 before all the add ons. I hoping Tacoma pro starting price point is below the 4Runner. We will just need to wait and see...

I think the side steps will look great. I can always remove them if I need to. Don't really have a choice anyway..

Not to be a tool, but none of this is new, @Letsgoplaces is a dealer employee who can get us an actual build sheet as somethings may be left out, etc.

My guess is the Pro starts at $41,855, maybe even less. I don't see $45,000 like many others have stated.
