Do you feel you got the extra value in the truck that makes it worth that much more then the TRD OR..? I had put a deposit down and was ready to trade my 2016 in but I would have been looking at an extra $15000.00 so I changed my mind.

    Still waiting for it
I have two friends that have been in Toyata sales for a decade. I took their input in my decision. I was told, 1) Pros will hold their value way more strongly, in that he was recounting leases being returned after three years being traded for what they cost, 2) Cement will be a 2017 exclusive color. Like the inferno, it will likely be in even higher demand.

It's just a truck, but fewer out there are if such investment class.

Yes I do. I've bought several (special edition) vehicles over the years and have always either got almost all my money back or at least close to what I paid for them. I'm hoping this will be something they only make for a couple years and a limited quanity but you never know. But in truth i do like the vehicle very well. i test drove a 2016 truck and it didn't handle near as well and decided to just wait. You can take an OR and add everything this truck has and narrow the gap in price and still end up with less in it but for me a stock edition has always paid off in the end. Just my thoughts.

I traded in my 2011 TRD OR on my 2016 TRD OR and I got $4000 less then what I paid for it new, I thought that was pretty good value for 4 years of use. I had actually ordered the cement colored 2017 TRD Pro, I really like the looks of it, I just wish there was a smaller difference between my trade in and the Pro, that's all.. Congrats on your purchase..

Trying to order a tonneau cover on my Pro.
Oregon-Washington State dealer said that is not an accessory option this year:(

    Any feedback appreciated.

Lots of guys have short box tonneau covers for sale on Craigslist in Washington state. Simply buy a new-used one and deal with the seller to trade All equipment over. There are threads here to install them. Difficulty would be a 2/10. It's just screws if you trade with someone. Be sure to grab the header rail foam though.

    .
Undercover SE is a great cover and doesn't leak a drop.

Very easy to take off a short bed too.

Is there an option for a Toyotatonneau cover for the Pro, like the off road?

Ive been running a diamond back for 7 years. Along with a ton of options they have different levels depending on how much weight you want to carry starting at around 400#s. I just bought the pro and will be buying one of these for it as well.

I love the Pro but those wheels just kill it. Even the OR wheels look way better. Is it just me? I've been on the fence about a 16+ for a while now.

Just went to pick my trd sport from service and saw the trd pro for the first time since us Canadians probably got ours much later than you guys. It's an awesome truck and looks amazing but I couldn't believe the 56 000 Canadian price tag which is 12-13k more than what I payed.
Not saying all the parts on it are not worth it but 56-60k for a 1/4 is a lot
    Amazing truck none the less

drove an offroad at dealers because the pro was on the showroom floor,, after buying the pro and having it a few days the pro rides better, must be the suspension.....the interior is awesome.. they could have done better on the rims and tires, but that can be changed very easily......differant rims and other tires,, maybe when tires are worn out,,

i almost walked away from the deal, 80s buck more amonth,, but after driving it with a shit eaten grin on my face, i surely made the right choice, dont remember having that grin when i drove the 15 pro home..just so much more ,,,
