Did you get it at Tresure Coast Toyota in Florida? They told me they sold and shipped one to California.

I think you can do better!! The problem is those expense extra's that are not worth it... IMO, if you could get it for $43,500 + TTL and assuming you get a tax credit with the difference between the trade-in value and purchase price of truck. My truck's MSRP was $44.077 and I had $9200 in equity in my trade...Financed $36,xxx...

Madness. My ceramic tinted windows from local tint shop were $170. And they quoted me $600 for a clear bra.

Not sure what the dealer fee is. If it's not a doc fee, it's just profit, meaning $200 off MSRP would be $499 over MSRP. That might be what the market is on those trucks, but I'd try to get $1000 off the true MSRP and maybe settle for $500 off if you have to. These are big boy trucks and they demand big boy profit. If you look at an Off Road, $1500 off list should be your target price. All this depends on trade value, interest rate etc. They can move one shell and move another to offset the first move. The good news is, the Pro should be worth a ton when you want to get rid of it.

$37k out the door with $9500 down is $46.5k total. You said $45,076. What's your sales tax?

I paid 46,000 for mines. Considering only 2 cements were allocated for our island in Hawaii. Had my doubts about the truck when I test drove it. Once I took it home, I have no regrets

After they put the plates on mine and I was about to get in for the 1st time to start it up I had 2 different Tacoma owners approach me and start talking Tacos and how nice the Pro was before I could leave.

Took a few people out in it so far and everyone loves it. No regrets here either. :)

I just can't get past a $45K Tacoma with no power seat or JBL. Cool as hell, but come on Toyota. How much more would an 8 inch sub cost you?

(I have no connection to them)

The car I am trading is 2009 BMW 328i Sports Wagon Manual in red and has 75k on it (it cost crazy to fix).

They said they buy my car for $9.5k

I haven't had an issue with my automatic. The truck is set up to get better gas mileage than the past, like all trucks now. That means the manufacturer wants them to be in the highest gear with the lowest RPM's possible to save gas. This means at 70+ miles per hour, it will shift in and out of overdrive more than years past. If I want to pretend like I'm Burt Reynolds in a Trans Am, I push the power button and it lets you stay in each gear at a higher RPM, like transmissions used to do. All of them are doing it, if they haven't gone to a CVT. I had a 2011 GMC truck with the 5.3 V8, and it drove like a 4 cylinder until I punched it, and then it came alive. Dodge has a 10 speed transmission! Having said that, if I didn't have a 50 mile commute each way, I would have bought a stick. I'm a dying breed though.
