2018 At dealer for mysterious vibration (stock truck)

I think mine and many others have a different issue, it's not a rumble strip type feeling, it's always
there right around the 2k rpms mark, which for us sucks because that rpm rate is where this
engine lives.

The issue I"m referring to is a faint almost harmonic vibe that emits from the floorboard, into the
pedals and in the steering wheel as well. It's bad enough that your hands and feet will go numb
of feel like they're numb with that tingle feeling. I have to switch hands after a few minutes and on the
floor it's worse on the left(where the clutch would be) so if I keep my foot back toward the middle
of the floor mat, I don't feel it much. Almost 4 yrs with it and it suuuuuucccccckkkssss!

 

I drive it easy and accelerate gradually no vibration
