I and others prefer regular dino oil, it cools better than synthetic. I use lucas 85w140, as recommended by ECGS.

Why do you want to change the diff oil?

It a 2018. There is no reason you need to change the fluid unless it was contaminated.

To answer your original question, yes Redline 75W90 is good and one of the only Group V poly ester pure synthetics on the market including Amsoil and Motul.

Along with their MTL for the man trans I use it at 100k OCI. It’s highly recommended by the internet’s authority on oil

    https://www.bobistheoilguy.com/forums/ubbthreads.php?ubb=cfrm

You can use 75W90 or 75W85 which is for CAFE standards, just like 0W20 for engine oil when other countries are spec 0W30 and 5W30 for the same 3.5L

What does your owners manual say regarding intervals and fluid wt & and GL spec?

For a street truck, non towing, non drag racing there is no reason for shorter than spec intervals or any magic elixers.

The friction modifier is for a limited-slip differential. You don’t need it, but it won’t hurt anything if you use a gear oil that has it.

I changed my 2018 diff at 4500 and it was dirty. Just chang it with any quality oil 75-90 and your good. Do it every 20-30 k and you will be fine as long as your not doing some hard core Baja 1000 race or ton of towing.

Toyota spec'd 75w85 for the rear diff. Redline makes an oil that they claim is a suitable substitute for straight 75W in the transfer case.
