I just got the truck back and it seems to be running fine. I plan on letting the components break in for 1200 miles or so. No rough idling or weird noises so far.

I can say the same for me as mine came back a week ago. Only issue was one connector to the coil was loose and I simply pushed it back on. Hope all goes well for you!

Actually that reminds me...the windshield washer fluid hose was disconnected and I had to put that back. :)

Mentioned only due to everything they took out that was the only item not fully re-installed. Easy fix!

Mine is also having head replaced for #1 burnt valve. 2019, 54k miles, TRD Sport 4x4. Got pictures of injectors, very dirty. Tech recommends having a pressure fuel injector cleaning process done @ 30k or sooner.

I've got about 126k on my '17 no issues...having to replace my rack but I'm thinking that was due to a hard offroad exit I made one day. even still it held up for a few months after. I've seen some other posts regarding bad valves but those are rare and usually before 25k or so...I think I'm in the clear at 126k, fuel pump seems fine too *shrug. only issue I'm having...I have the ultra white paint or whatever the hell it's called and it's peeling bad on the rear door around the glass...and of course yota isn't addressing/covering that so F me. aside from that if you're running over 100k you're probably in the clear...guess we'll see
