2019 headliner Rear Grab Removal

I am wanting yo install a headliner molle in my 2019 Tacaom and am trying to removal the handles but can't figure how to remove them. Can anyone give me some advise. Thanks

I am looking to get it from OG Fabrications but I wanted to first be prepared to see what I need to anchor it to the truck since it is a rectangular hole from what I am told. Thanks for the help that post help.
