2019 Taco OR cement Lift Recommendations

I have a 2019 Toyota Tacoma OR. Love this truck. Want to get serious about off-roading with it like I did with my jeep. DO NOT WANT TO SACRIFICE to much ride quality since I drive 50 miles a day for work. Looking for no more than 3 inch with no bigger than 33s on 16 or 17s. I do not want to break the bank either if possible. Obviously, want it to look bad ass as well. I know this forum has lots of info, but looking for ideas and what has worked well as a setup. I live in the Central NC area so if anyone has a shop that does great work that would be awesome too. Thanks all
