    Hello Tacoma world

Lurked for years while I owned a 2008 Tacoma TRD Sport long bed, a daily ride.

About a month ago I bit the bullet and traded the '08 in (had 160K miles) for a 2019 Tacoma Pro auto in black, so I finally became a TW member.

    Got going on these mods/add-ons:
-put on a RetraxPro RX aluminum retractable bed cover and bought a Yakima HD Overhaul rack (that fits atop RetraxPro's T slots) with 60 inch HD crossbars(expensive but solid & height adjustable)-when I need to haul long or large stuff.
    -Husky mudflaps
-Toyota bed mat (heavy but fits great and keeps stuff in bed from sliding around)
    -Toyota wheel locks, longer version.
-black zinc raised TACOMA letters for the tail gate
-black raised TACOMA letters for the glove box
-black plastic trim/caps to cover front seat bolts, at carpet. (these bolts got bad corrosion on my '08 from years of salt exposure from footwear)
-MAXLINER fitted front & rear floor mats
-Baxter oil filter adapter TS-101-BK to replace existing oil filter so I can use a larger spin on oil filter (Mobile M1-209), same oversized filter that I used on my '08 TRD
-Dawn Enterprises FE2-TACDC painted body side molding-painted to match truck's 218 code midnight black paint, 2-1/4" wide (mounted them on lower portion of doors - top of molding about 8 inches above bottom of doors)
    -Toyota door sill protectors
    -center console tray

    Future mods:
-265/75 R16 KO2's, one inch larger diameter over stock (had KO2's on my '08-liked the aggressive look and they were quiet on the highway)
    -bed lights
-wireless Pop & Lock tailgate power lock (so I can lock/unlock tailgate with my truck's remote)
-possibly blacking out the vent chrome circles and chrome shifter console with black vinyl
-low profile rhino rack RTS547 roof tracks that fit into existing roof rack tracks (so I can use Yakima removable bases, towers and HD crossbars when needed)
-high power 120v inverter under passenger seat with outlets on center console.
-upgraded battery (when factory one is due for replacement)

Here's the new beast, as you can see on the lower door portion-the painted door moldings match paint color wise and have a factory look
    20190926_103428.jpg
The mats fit nicely and the seat floor bolt moldings & raised gloved box lettering are for aesthetics. The sill covers do protect the paint from footwear scratches (Toyota should have included those automatically)

I installed the RetraxPro XR and the Husky mud flaps with no drilling. The instructions said the drain hoses on bottom of the inside canister require holes drilled in bed sides, I didn't want to drill anything-so I tucked the hose ends under the bed mat, between existing bed floor groves with hose ends over the factory drilled bed drain holes.
    Worked great.
The Yakima Overhaul HD rack and crossbars are still boxed. Will use only when need to haul long peices
20190915_144301.jpg I went with the black on black raised tail gate letters.

Heres the baxter adapter with a Mobile One M1-209 filter. There's about an inch to spare when I bolt back the Pro skid plate.
