2020 Differential Breather

    So it appears the 2020s have a new breather exhaust on the rear differential. i went to extend it and noticed its just a silver bullet instead of a hose. Has anyone ran into one of these before? how water proof are they? i'd assume Toyota is pretty confident in its waterproofing due it due to it being so low

    My mistake, somehow i missed that in the breather extension thread i found where they extended it to the brake light and thought you just extended a hose that was already connected to the diff.

    I just made the switch from Jeep where they had hoses instead so i just made a poor assumption. Thanks everyone
