I would but today’s Wednesday and we’re closed in the afternoons for training. Maybe try sending that in an email to our org box.

It’s only deserved. These long hours working finance customer service have me drained.

I also live in Canada and trying to decide whether to buy a 2020 model now or wait a bit for 2021. Any more insight about how much price increase or changes that will help me decide? Have you already seen an order guide for 2021?

I’ve seen you bag on SET in another thread, too. I only have experience with them; one was pretty decent, one was an absolute crook I’d love to see go out of business. What region(s) would you say are better? I’m shopping now and would be willing to travel for a deal.

I've bought in PA, NJ, IL and AZ, all were great, no crazy add on's / port options, or region pricing nonsense. SET has had a bad reputation on here for awhile, seen plenty of guys / gals post stories of their nonsense from charging $299 for basically sealant to withholding rebates or I guess they call them something else there to inventory games.

Halogens are still the only option on the TRD Sport and TRD Off-Road.

Toyota does not offer them as an option or in any packages in Canada except the TRD Pro and Nightshade.

That is definitely who is being blamed here.

Was aware and not speaking towards Canada. Crispy is SET region. Thanks though.

I'm in GA and I ended up driving to TN to get my 2020. I couldn't find a 2020 with the LED headlight/fog light package anywhere in the SET region and I got tired of the crazy amount of add-ons that I didn't want. SET also charges more for the exact same accessories, like floor mats, bed lights, and mud guards. Pretty much every truck at my local dealer had Toyoguard ($699), key pad entry ($349), paint protection on the hood and bumper ($618), and then there would be some other random things here and there. The really annoying part is that none of the dealers would give an exact amount for rebates, which they call dealer cash. The dealer in TN laid everything out on the buyer's order from the get go and it ended being one of the better experiences I've had buying a vehicle.

Oh, okay. Sorry, my posts were all about Canada. I don't know what Toyota USA or any regions down there are doing for option packages. Should be able to do it if the distributor will place the order.

That is the crazy part. South East Toyota and Gulf States Toyota are massive distributors for many southern states. They do a lot of weird port installations and also create some of their own trims, like the TSS Edition. It can be confusing when stuff like that comes up for discussion.
