2021 predictions/visions.

I’m known for my psychic powers. I looked into the future and saw these exciting things coming our way in 2021:

- TSB issued to remap 2021-2022 MY ECUs to address gear hunting.

- 2018-2020 MY added to frame rust replacement recall campaign.

- 18,050 TW threads about fitting 33’s on stock truck with no rubbing.

- Eleven TW members post “Moving to a Bronco, (etc) thanks for everything” then come slinking back in under 3 months “back in a Taco”

- 3D printed drivers-side grab handles finally hit the streets.

- 45,900 sets of raptor lights installed. 7 lights the new standard load-out.

- 6.17 gears become the new “must have” ratio. “Shoulda come with these 6.17s from the factory. Drives perfect even on stock tire size”

- 4th Gen Tacoma announced with a 2.8 litre V6 making 288HP and 240 lb-ft of torque at 17,000RPM.

Happy new year all. It’s been a great ride in 2020. Taco travels and Toyota people were the highlight for me. Cheers.

 

- Skewps become functional by installing TRX lights. The true trendsetters will have both Raptor AND TRX lights.

Toyota gathers back together the SR5 - the original 5 engineers who designed the first gen with slide rules and graph paper, and they create the 4th gen tacoma. There is much rejoicing.

I haven't a clue what you just said. But I would own a modern 4 cyl, manual transmission, rubber floored rig with nothing but A/C....and no overwrought electronics. But government regulations and customer demand will ensure that will never happen
