2021s fuel pump recall?

Just got a new taco last week. Traded in 2019 that had the new fuel pump put in it (drove like brand new) no lag when I put gas to her. New taco has lag.

 

The 2021s should have the correct FP in it. If you had the TSB tune done on the 2019 (TSB-0092-20), it should be identical to the 2021. Pre-TSB 2019s should definitely have felt worse. I am assuming that any mods in the engine and driveline out to the wheels and tires are the same?

The only things that I can say are to:

-- Drive it for a while until it fully adapts to you. Up to about 1,000mi or so.
-- Have the DTCs and Engine and Transmission Learned Values reset. It will clear everything and start the adaptation from a clean slate.
-- Get someone to flash the vF Tune for you. I've done a couple 2021s. Those folks have been over the moon about the difference.​
