I usually swap vehicles about once a year, but somehow managed to keep my 2021 Tacoma for 2.5 years. Had been browsing the Honda’s and was considering the Passport, but while at the dealership that Ridgeline kept getting my attention. Traded in the Tacoma (I’m sure they’ll be another) last month, lowered the rear to match the front last week and added wheels & tires today. Drives like a little caddy, really like it, few more mods to come.

I see Honda isn’t having inventory issues at all now. Every Ridgeline I see is $3,000-6,000 off MSRP which makes a good value. I’ve heard they drive nicely, probably feels pretty powerful with a 9 speed. Also for 90% of people here it would function just as well as a Tacoma and yield better mpg for sure. Enjoy!

The first mod I would have done is taking the cheesy dealership tag off of the front of it.

Congrats! That's a great looking ride.

random stuff. Oh! and converted to non ADD 4x4.
They look nice. There’s a local dude with a lifted one with 33”s and looks sick. Man I wish Honda had vehicles with low gearing. My goal is to do a K24 swap once the 1gr grenades. Lol cheers!

Just need a 6” lift and 35s and you’ll be set.

I test drove the Ridgeline last year. Very nice. Made an offer. They wouldn’t budge on price. I’d rather pay MSRP for a Tacoma so…here we are. Enjoy.

The Ridgeline gets a lot of hate.
But not from me. The only thing 8 don’t like about it is the Start/Stop.
And at times, the accident avoidance system can be finicky on sharp curves when meeting big vehicles like a semi. It will auto brake on you.

Other than that, it’s a great vehicles. Definitely more comfortable than the Tacoma.

I test drove one before buying the Tacoma. They ride smoother and have more power. Wheels look good.

Was still waiting on plates, takes about 3 to 4 weeks in Texas for a new vehicle, plates are now on with black frames front & back : )

I’ve got all the parts to lower it two more inches…

I’ve turned off the lane departure crap, that stuff in town is scary. I always disengage the engine stop start before I hit drive, don’t care for that crap. The Apple CarPlay has been a little glitchy, but recently gotten much better. Overall, it’s quite pleasant to drive in Houston traffic : )

What size/brand wheels and tires are these? And how did you lower the rear? Also, how much off sticker were you able to knock down the price? I'm looking to buy one and yours is the best I've seen.

I had a pilot in my 20's I loved it, but I kept boiling the calipers so I sold it haha.

They are solid vehicles. I actually got stuck and needed the VTM to get me out of a ditch one time. Was really impressed with the poser locker.
