    Keep the cash, the truck, and get a used 650 to take the load off the truck during the nice weather months. Then run the truck to the ground... you can get a used Ninja 650 for the price of a new Ninja 250... hell, you can find a new 2009 Suzuki SV650 for for the half the cost of a new Ninja 250!

    OME suspension, ARB Air Lockers, CBI/Relentless/Pelfrey armor, HAM radio
    Mostly the same as others

    Allocate the money as you have done to reliable transportation, but keep it in the bank.

    Drive your truck until you MUST replace it(not worried about maybe needing to do so)

    Then buy a new one.
