22r and synthetic?

    I have an 86' pickup with a 22r that has been rebuilt,it has about 11 thousand miles on it,is it a good idea to run synthetic in a older motor like this.

    i say go for it. especially since it has been rebuilt...and im assuming all new seals and such?

    Everything,from the ground up.I am running Mobile 1 5w30 in my 06' Tacoma 4x4,should I run the same in the 4cyl?
