Yep they did great in the snow & really are just a great all year round tire. They also did fine on gravel & dirt but I'm guessing not much for serious mud.

Sounds like a good fit for me, I run a studded snow tire on steelies for a few months in the winter but the most serious off-roading I’ll see is woods roads and gravel. I try and avoid the mud haha.

I went with the black Method NV's. They looks perfect with 0 offset on the 265/70/r17 Falkens. Seeing your truck sealed the deal for me. Zero rubbing. I love it.

Awesome man! I think the 8.5" with a 0 offset is a good choice. If you decide to go up to 285's later these wheels will fit much better than let's say a -12 offset. Eventually I will...

Yeah they look great and can definitely take a bigger tire. I'm sure I'll eventually go up in size later on too...haha

I can add to this thread now: Method 701s, 17x8.5, 0 offset. My prior set were SEMA wheels. Moving from 17x7 to 17x8.5 had a pretty big impact on the stance, now have a slight poke out of the tires from the fender flares, mainly just the sidewall rather than tread but it's noticeably more aggressive. The 17x8.5 wheels also make my 265/70/17 Wildpeaks look bigger than they did before. Below are some pics, hope these are helpful for anyone else looking at this setup.

This looks great ! Hoping for similar stance to this when I get my Wildpeaks, I have knock off sema 17x8.5 with +5 offset so pretty close ! Are you on any lift here ?

Thanks! I’ve got Bilstein 5100s in front and rear, front is set to the 4th notch for 1.55 inch lift, rear lifted with 1 inch blocks.

By the way, with this setup I have experienced zero rubbing and no trimming needed, even with the front mudflaps still on. 265/70/17s with a modest lift and 17x8.5, 0 offset seems to be a pretty good sweet spot.

Good to know on the mudflats, meant to mention earlier, are you rock'n uca's? if not how did your alignment turn out? With OEM uca's.

I've made no changes to the OEM UCAs. I had an alignment done after getting the Bilsteins installed, my caster is 1.6 on the front left, 1.8 on front right. I know the caster setting can have a big impact on potential rubbing, seems like my settings are just right for everything to fit and there seems to be plenty of room.

Your guy's rigs look badass.. this thread is what I was looking for.. currently i have 5100 setup on stocks now.. I already bought Methods 313 0 offset.. was
still figuring out what tires/size to go with.. this reassured my 265/70 17 size.. i will not need to go any bigger.. i dont want to worry about a CMC.. just waiting for
UCA's to come in.. and ill go buy tires .. Falkens are a great choice for quality/price.. I've had them before, cant go wrong with them.. but this go around im looking
for a good hybrid tire.. decided on Ridge Grapplers love the aggressive look on them... I'm long overdue now

Stupid question? Looking to get rims soon, I have 275/70/17 k2o will these fit on a 8 or even 8.5 wide rim? Stock rims are 7 wide I think.

    TIA
