So I recently put on 5100's with some 275/70/17's. Never really thought about this but if I get a flat can I still use my stock 16" spare? Besides looking retarded, will it mess my truck up if I have to drive it a few miles to get the tire replaced?

    stock, for now
a few miles? probably not..Just dont do mach9 with it on and you should be fine.

Just think of how many cars during the day you see with regular space saver(donuts) on driving around.

Put the spare on the front axle so you don't have two tires spinning at diff speeds, not good for the axle.
