285 and cab mounts

    i just ordered spidertrax spacers and 285/75/16 on stock 16 inch trd rims will i have to get the cab mouont choped or will minor trimming work

    OME 885 coils, Bilstein 5100 shocks, 1.5" AAL, TC uca's, cab mount chop, 5000k HID heads and fogs, LED tails, satoshi GC w/ Hella 500's mounted behind it with 5000k HID upgrade, Extang solid tri-fold tonneau cover, Yakima roof rack, fog light anytime mod, disable a/c defrost mod
    minor trimming. i had to cut the cab mounts but i'm runnin 305's. you should clear the mounts fine with 285's.

    You will likely still have minor rubbing on the cab mount with the 285's. On tight turns, backing up it will rub

    Just got my Cab Mounts Chopped last week...i'm waiting for my tax return to get here so I can get my new tires :) But first I gotta install my Light Racing UCAs :goingcrazy:

    so ever tho im gonna have the spidertrax spacers with 285 mud terrains itll still rubb?


    i thought the spacers would fix that?

    It'll just rub a little inside the fenders...you can trim it no problem :)

    This is a bit of a dumb question...but you have a lift right??

    I have 285/70R17s with an almost 3 inch lift and I still rub on the cab mount a bit. Not horrible....but at full lock turns it hits just a bit.
