Well like you said blacktacoma did on that lift. I think it is a full 3'', if so and you don't mind cutting some, you are probably good. I'm a little over 3''; something like 3.3". But I did still have to cut out a few hunks of plastic. Blacktacoma did end up doing a cab mount chop, so I can't say for sure you won't need one. I can't say for sure that I won't either; I've only had them on since about 12 today. But I did test it in forward and reverse, full lock and I was clear. That was on level ground. But I also tried it on a light trail with plenty of uneven ground, inclines, and declines; at full lock on all those I still couldn't get it to rub.

CV's look fine. I have had this lift on at the same height for about 7 months and no problems with them. They look typical of any 3'' lift. And yes, the top plate spacer.

And yeah, I figure if I did serious off roading in this truck that they would rub. But this truck is not quite paid off yet and my DD; it won't be wheeling hard. For my driving that I do every day and a trail every now and then, I'm clear.

Those look great. Still doing okay with them? Looking to upsize as well to 295's. This thread helped a ton.

I just had some 295/75/16 Cooper AT3 XLTs installed (33.4”) and they fit perfect!! I like the look much better than the 285/75/16! I only wish there we more tire options available!!

I have a 2.5-3” lift and my cab mounts are chopped. My wheels have 4.5” backspacing. No rubbing issues at all but I have a off road front bumper too. I trimmed my inner fenders a while back with the 285s too. Hope this helps anyone looking to upsize a tad! But be warned...my MPGs dropped compared to my 285/75/16 KO2s! I’m re-gearing the truck next month with Nitro 4:56’s to get some power back.

    Cheers gents!
