I made my own out of thin sheets of flexible plastic. Just so happened my place of employment had them laying around. Was a pain to install but worth it for a clean and dry air intake.

Do you have a close-up of the front wheel wells? I went a bit overboard on my caster last alignment (3 degrees) so I no longer rub in the front but I'm rubbing on the back side fender now. Debating just yanking the flares off and being done with it.

I really don’t want a snorkel. But want to trim my fenders. So I have been contemplating new liners. I still have my OEM liners attached, but chopped obviously.

Do you have a pic of yours?

I wonder if that plastic material used by sign companies would work. I had to replace the liners under my travel trailer and bought that stuff for like $10 per 4x8 sheet and cut it to size. Doesn't flex extremely well but can be shaped since it's corrugated.

This thread says these are a great product, but a giant PITA to install.

I dumped mine and really like the look. And am mid way through the flare clip mod trimming/sanding and painting the oem clips to match the body paint

I just saw your post in that thread earlier and said damn that looks good! I might as well pull them while I'm installing my HC rear this weekend, thinking of getting allen head bolts, washers, and locknuts in black to install in the holes instead of clips.

Thanks. On the 600s I had it on 15 drivers and 12 passenger. Now I’m running 650s and I have it on 10 drivers and 8 passenger (less sag with heavier coils)

Yep. Just trim the ears off the bed support brace. It fits like a glove

I want to do this but afraid of what would happen to my Ray10 under the truck.

Mount it up there upside down (nice side up) so the spare tire hook thing scuffs the inside of the wheel, the rubber of the tire keeps the wheel off the bed support. I have an SCS F5 up there and after wheeling and mudding and 40k miles it is dirty but unscratched
