You can use either switch face with the right color. Either the one that comes with it or swap it out to get the other logo.
But, if you do swap the logo from the other vendor, you will be in it for the cost of 2 switches, and you won't be able to assemble the left over pieces to use or sell.

FWIW, I did a search on AOB's site and saw only one hit for "new blue" which is a momentary switch. I skimmed all the 2wd low switches they have available and all look like they are tall to me.

Filtering to small on/off switches seems to indicate amber, green, light green as the only options in stock and the closest style the "traction" one.

I guess at $13 this would be perfectly fine as a temporary but the amber color will be always on so that might bug some people?

    https://www.aironboard.com/online/push-switch-933o-12volt-toyota-oem-replacement-traction-amber.html

I'm not sure how close the color is to the Qi switch either. Definitely not a perfect option.

I’m thinking the blue-lettered AOB switch will be back in stock before 17 more people sign up for Iapoltba’s harness.
    Ya think?

I would shoot them an email and post the response here, that'd be helpful for everyone to know if the wait is known-short, known-long or not currently knowable.

I'm not trying to be a pessimist here, but like I said before, I tried that. Zero interest.

I was thinking specifically regarding the out of stock question, I believe you that they aren't interested in a group discount at the numbers we have.

Got it. The answer I got was they do orders every 3-4 months or something like that.

Posting (half to keep this post on top to help fill the 50 minimum)

But I emailed AOB and asked if I could be notified. We're heading into winter and towing is a summer activity, so I'm in less of a rush, but I'd hate to miss the "in stock" window for the AOB light-blue button.

I did the same. I even asked if I could pay for it now then wait for stock.

They told me to keep checking back.

Any chance this PNP solution will work with 2nd gen trucks? I drive a 6spd manual 2012 TRD off road and the gentleman who made the similar solution for our trucks no longer produces his unit. Thanks! I searched through about 10 pages but had no luck.

    Nope, no chance

You SHOULD be able to build your own for 2nd gen, depending on if you want plug and play or not, and how much you are ok hacking into the harnesses.
A homemade one will NEVER be anything like the beauty of @Up2NoGood 's solution...
